We loved the central location of this hotel. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many historical attractions and the boardwalk. The hotel is surrounded by small shops and arcades, making it a great place to explore and enjoy some shopping.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The decoration is very nice, the infrastructure is still in good condition despite being from the 90's. The staff is very attentive, the maids are a love, the receptionists despite having a face of few friends solve quickly the concerns, the breakfast varied, the spa and massages the best of the stay.
is all carpeting and bedding and pillows are feather, even though I asked to have all the feather bedding taken out and they did it very nicely the carpet is something you can't get rid of if you have allergic kids it's lousy. Breakfast is until 10:30 and 10:15 while we were still having breakfast they were already removing the furniture, table, tablecloths and you feel like you are already being thrown out. In the room I had problems with the wifi during the whole stay, I could never connect to the network. The clean towels smelled musty and bath tub was broken. These are details that if you go to a five star hotel you hope won't happen. anyway,

Located in the Historical Center; close to excellent restaurants and easy access to transportation. Highly educated staff always willing to help guests and make their stay more pleasant. They also offer as a courtesy a free airport pick-up, as long as the request is made in advance. Delicious breakfast buffet. Impeccable cleaning in the rooms. Spectacular massage service with Mrs. Ana Maria and great quality in the bathroom utensils that they give away in the rooms. It is my second opportunity at the Hotel Granados Park and no doubt I would return to this jewel of the hotel industry in the Republic of Paraguay.
I think that the laundry service could be a little more economical, as a suggestion to the administration. I didn't use it. But I think a brief adjustment could be made to it to make it more attractive to the guest so that they can use it.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was superb, as it was close to the central business district and within walking distance to all the attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the free parking, which was a bonus given the location of the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were always friendly and helpful - making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast was lovely and the hotel was situated near small shops which were easy to visit.
Nothing it was perfect.

location of the hotel, allows to move to other places in the Historical Center of the city. - The rooms are spacious. it has a small gym and a swimming pool, as well as a small spa but with good massages, if you stay more than 3 nights, they provide a courtesy massage, hotel's terrace is a quiet place with pleasant sitting areas. - Large windows in the room allow you to see the urban landscape. good buffet lunch. Ambient music at breakfast time. decoration and different rooms of the first level are pleasant.
- Breakfast is not very varied, as I was staying several days, one day I needed silverware, the other day I needed napkins during breakfast, I think you should be more careful with that kind of detail because it was not in all the tables that happened . - It was a bit difficult to heat the hot water in the shower. - In the room where the lectures were given there were no extensions to connect the computers, only the outlets on the walls were used.

infrastructure, decoration, quality of the room and attention of the receptionist (tall and robust man) who received me and also made me check out and a security man (also tall and very robust, with glasses). Excellent staff. They must be taken care of.
attention they gave my partner when they arrived for the check-in. They told him I didn't have a reservation when I had been in the room for over an hour. task that the same person (young lady, blonde, skinny) was doing when I asked her to recode my room card. She kept talking to another roommate doing another task when I needed her full attention. In my bath we didn't have any warm water at the time and water never came in too warm. towel and bar service at the pool was gone by 7:50pm. pool bar phone was not working and there was no staff to order towel and bar service. air in one of the elevators was not working. hallway leading to the parking lot has a smell of sewage water.

staff is very friendly and very pleasant, contact staff and service staff. They are very attentive to any requirement and resolve it immediately. very comfortable room and all its equipment, ironworks, taps, etc, of good quality and perfect operation; refrigerator cooled very well. It is not usually like this, even in the most high level hotels: The waits in the elevators were minimal, especially taking into account that it is a big hotel and there are only two elevators; swimming pool is not very big but as it is set in that sector it gives you a very pleasant sensation; All the common spaces of circulation are set with figures furniture, ironworks, paintings, etc, with good taste and that correlate with the totally carpeted floors. garage is spacious and comfortable to maneuver
breakfast would need to add some cold cuts and/or sausages. Although the hotel is located in the historical center area, it is an area of the city that is quite abandoned and at night no one circulates in the streets. Anyway the hotel has everything you need and you don't have to leave it. the bar and dining room are open until late at night. There is also a very good dining room (Bolsi) two blocks from the hotel that serves 24 hours a day with an extensive menu with reasonable costs and generously served dishes; suggestion: It would be interesting to add lights inside the pool. would enhance the beautiful experience in the beautiful nights of the sun. It would be necessary to extend the area of the garage with a roof; It would be necessary to somehow facilitate the loading and unloading of luggage from the garage to the room, since there are no carts or elevators nearby and it is necessary to travel with all the luggage considerable distances in which there is a staircase with two landings that must be at least five meters high between the garage level and lobby.

Everything in general was correct, except for the treatment of the blonde receptionist girl who charged us for 2 drinks from the room and we told her it was only one and she didn't acknowledge her mistake or give us back the difference. Not very nice treatment from this girl. The other receptionists don't have a problem.
Everything was generally correct, except for the treatment of the blond-lipped girl and glassy receptionist who charged us for 2 drinks from the room and we told her it was only one and she didn't acknowledge her mistake or pay us back the difference. She blamed us for making a mistake, she did. She didn't want us to cancel the charge and re-file it because she told us she couldn't and had to make a written request and it was too much trouble. bad experience with this receptionist. Not very nice treatment from this girl. other receptionists don't have a problem.
